1. About LeziFx
LeziFx is a skill-based prediction platform that allows registered users to predict short-term price movements of financial instruments including currency pairs, commodities, and digital assets. LeziFx is not a licensed investment broker, financial adviser, or securities dealer. The platform is operated as an entertainment and skill game product.
All predictions are made against simulated market price feeds. Winning payouts are funded by the platform's house balance, not from other users' losses in a peer-to-peer arrangement.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use LeziFx.
- You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based prediction games is lawful.
- You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information including your real name, phone number, and email address.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lezifx.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
LeziFx will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or chat. Do not share your password with anyone.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposits are made via M-Pesa STK Push initiated through the platform. Minimum deposit is KES 100.
- Withdrawals are sent via Safaricom M-Pesa B2C to the phone number linked to your account.
- Minimum withdrawal is KES 100. Processing is typically completed within 5 minutes but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
- LeziFx does not charge withdrawal fees. Safaricom may apply standard M-Pesa transaction charges on receipt.
- Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your trading wallet and a trade has been placed.
5. Trading Rules
- Each prediction trade has a defined stake amount, duration (30 seconds to 5 minutes), and direction (BULL or BEAR).
- Winning predictions receive a payout of 1.84x the stake amount (subject to change at platform discretion with notice).
- Losing predictions result in the stake amount being deducted from the live wallet balance.
- Trades cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed.
- LeziFx reserves the right to void trades in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or manipulation attempts.
6. Demo Account
New users receive a demo account funded with virtual credits. Demo credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The demo account is provided solely for the purpose of learning the platform mechanics before trading with real funds.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place trades or manipulate platform outcomes.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Sharing account access with third parties.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the wallet balance.
8. Platform Availability
LeziFx aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may temporarily restrict access. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeziFx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use and request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the LeziFx platform — including the software, design, trade engine, brand name, and logo — is the exclusive property of LeziFx and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
